Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Engineering Consultancy Service

1. CCNN, an integrated cement manufacturing company based in Sokoto invites expression of interest from interested competent, experienced and reputable companies to carry out a Consultancy services which involves the Supervision of Clinker Shed Construction.

Scope of work is available after the fulfillment of the requirement under item 2 below.

2. Interested firms are requested to provide information indicating their professional capability, experience and adequacy of resources to carry out the job.

The information should include:

• Company profile which shall include all the necessary statutory documents with a brief description of the organisation including name, address, telephone numbers, e- mail address, web site (if any), physical location, Name of contact persons etc.
• Verifiable evidence of previous cognate experience in jobs of this magnitude including certificate of job completion, name of clients who can provide references as well as qualification of key professional personnel.

3. Pre-selection will be based on:

• Professional Capability
• Experience
• Track record

4. Only companies with demonstrated experience, excellent track records and adequate resources will be considered.
5. The cost of preparing and submitting the EOI’S and any subsequent clarifications shall be borne by the contractor.
6. EOI’S clearly marked:

“Expression of Interest for the Supervision of Clinker Shed Construction” must be delivered in a written form to the address below in person or by mail not later than 5.30pm, on or before 31^st August, 2014. Late submission of EOI will be rejected.
