Invitation for Technical and Financial Bids
The Federal Medical Centre, Nguru is desirous of undertaking some projects under its 2014 Capital Projects. In view of the above, the Centre is inviting interested Companies/ Firms to submit Technical and Financial bids for prequalification and qualification for the following projects

Requirements:
To be considered technically competent, interested Companies/Firms must submit a profile which should include:-
- A certified true copy of certificate of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- A copy of the company’s audited accounts of the preceding three years
- Evidence of payment of tax, copy of tax clearance certificates for the preceding three years to be enclosed
- For companies/firms with five or more employees, evidence of compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004 should be provided.
- Evidence of financial capability and or banking support to execute the contract without delay if awarded.
- Verifiable evidence of projects successfully executed in Nigeria and evidence of knowledge of the relevant industry, this is to include letters of award, certificate of completion, list of projects and addresses of Sites or locations.
- Verifiable evidence of experience and relevant qualifications of key personnel
- Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate and FIRS PIN number, evidence of previous VAT remittances to be included.
- Evidence of Annual Returns from Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Collection of Technical and Financial Bid (Tender) Documents
Technical and financial bid (Tender) documents can be obtained from the office of the head of Procurement of the Centre as from Monday 13th October 2014, on payment of non refundable fee of N20,000:00 in favour of Federal Medical Centre, Nguru. A photocopy of the centre’s cash receipt to this effect is to be enclosed in the envelope containing the bids documents as evidence of payment.
Submission of Technical and Financial Bid (Tender) Documents
Both Technical and financial bid (Tender) document should be in separate envelopes and sealed in one common envelope stating the lot number/project title and company name on the reverse side of the envelope and addressed to:-

All submissions should be inserted in the tender box at the Procurement Office, Federal Medical Centre, Nguru.
Closing/ Opening Of Tender Documents
Closing date for the submission is Tuesday 11th November, 2014 at 12;00pm
Opening of Tender same date at 2:00pm
Venue: – Board Room Federal Medical Centre, Nguru.
Prospective bidders or their representatives are invited to the opening, please.
Please Note That:
- Only pre-qualified companies/firms will move to the next stage of the bidding process.
- The Federal Medical Centre Nguru reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions that do not meet up with the requirements as specified.
- The Evaluation of the received documents shall be strictly based on the requirements specified above.
