Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for the Completion of General Out-Patient Building
The national orthopaedic hospital, Igbobi- Lagos hereby invites reputable and seasoned contracting firms with proven record and expertise to express interest and tender for the Completion of General Out-Patient Building.
Eligibility for Pre-Qualification
- certificate of incorporation
- 3 years tax clearance certificate
- 3 years company audited report
- evidence of financial capability and bank support
- evidence of vat registration
- evidence of compliance with PENCOM
- evidence of compliance with ITF
- company profile and evidence of verifiable relevant experience in executing similar project
Collection of Document
Bid document shall be made available to interested companies on presentation of the receipt of N20, 000.00 pre-qualification fee from the office of the assistant director of works & services.
Submission
Interested companies should forward six (6) copies of the application (both technical and financial) in separate sealed envelopes and addressed to:

The completed pre-qualification and tender documents should be submitted in the tender box at the office of director of procurement between 8:00a.m -4:00p.m Not later than 2nd September, 2015
The submitted documents will be opened on 3rd September, 2015 at 12:00 noon in the Board Room.
Bidders or their representatives are required to be present at the event.

(i) The hospital is not liable for any cost incurred by any contractor for this exercise
(ii) The hospital is not bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to reject any or all the documents
