Addendum to Invitation to Tender
Our earlier advert of Wednesday, 28th May, 2014 in The Nation and The Punch Newspapers for Invitation for Technical and Financial Tender for 2014 Project lacked categorization into Goods and Works and also the requirement for TTF compliance, which are parts of the fundamental requirements for best procurement practices in Nigeria.
The corrections are effected below:

Pre-Qualification Requirement:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the Past three Years.
- Evidence of Compliance with PENCOM Certificate
- Evidence of current Certificate of Compliance issued by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for ITF Contribution Scheme.
- Company Audited Account for the Past three Years
- Verifiable Similar Experience and Evidence of Completion Certificate
- Evidence of Technical Personnel to be deployed for the assignment and their Experience,
- Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support,
- List of Equipment to be used for the Project
- Detailed Company Profile.
Please Note:
- The Tender fee is now N25, 000.00 (Twenty-five Thousand Naira only) per lot notN75, 000.00 (Seventy-five Thousand Naira only) as earlier advertized.
- The deadline for submission has been re-scheduled to 12.00noon on 16th July, 2014 and bid opening by 12.30pm the same day at OLD SCHOOL OF NURSING HALL, Federal Medical Centre Ido-Ekiti.
