Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers and Consultants for 2015 Budget Implementation
(A) Introduction
The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) hereby invites interested suppliers who meet the requirements specified in this publication, to submit appropriate documents for pre-qualification in the bidding process for the procurement of goods provided for in its 2015 Budget.
(B) Goods and Services for Pre-Qualification
The goods for which pre-qualification will be considered are in the following lots:

(C) Pre-Qualification Requirements
In order to be considered, interested. Companies are required to submit the Following documents, along with their application:
- Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Memorandum and Article of Association for Limited Liability Companies
- Particulars of Directors (Form C07)
- Company’s profile which should include Directors registered with CAC, list and curriculum vitae of key personnel as well as list of verifiable previous supply of goods/services relevant to the area in which pre-qualification is being sought
- Company’s Audited Financial Statement for the last three years
- Evidence of Company Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years (2012, 2013 and 2014),Verifiable from the Federal Inland Revenue Service(FIRS)
- Evidence of VAT Registration and other past remittances for the past three years(2012-2014)
- Bank Statements for the past 12 months or evidence of Financial backing from bank(s)
- Certificate of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004 (including Group life) issued by National Pension Commission
- Evidence of OEM Partnership (where relevant)
- Evidence of compliance with section 6(l)-(3) of the Industrial Training Fund(ITF) Amendment Act, 2011
- Evidence of compliance with the Employees Compensation Act 2010.
- Evidence of registration on the National Data base of Contractor, Consultants and service provider.
- Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council
(D) Submission of Documents
All documents are to be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked with Lot Number at the top right corner and delivered to the address below not later than 12noon, on 30th September, 2015.

(E) Opening of Bid Documents
The bid documents will be publicly opened in the training room on the 2nd floor of the Commission’s Head Office, located at Plot 1239 Ladoke Akintola Boulevard Garki II, Abuja on 30th September, 2015.
