Invitation for Hotel Brand Owners, Investors and Operators to Complete and Operate a Five Star “Ebonyi Rice City Hotel Abakaliki”                            

Eboyi State Government has a hospitality facility known as Rice City Hotel which has currently attained 90 per cent comple­tion. The hospitality facility is located on a vast expanse of prime land measuring sev­eral hectares in the capital city of Abakaliki.

Established Hotel Brand Owners, opera­tors and investors in the industry who pos­sess the capital and requisite managerial portfolio to complete and operate the Five Star Hotel in partnership with the Government of Ebonyi State are therefore invited to express interest in the Government’s proposed private public partnership (PPP) to run the hotel

Interested partners or investors should send in their letters of interest to the office of the Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Culture and Tourism Presco Junction Abakaliki on or before 31^st August, 2015.
