Invitation for Pre-qualification and Tender
National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, invites reputable and competent companies/contractors to submit pre-qualification documents and tenders for the following projects.
Scope of Work

| Lot 1 | Purchase of Grinding Machines, Hair Saloon equipment and Motorcycles for empowerment in Olamaboro in Olamaboro LGA, Kogi State. |
| Lot 2 | Vocational Training of 300 women in Idah Federal Constituency, Kogi State. |
| Lot 3 | Supply of empowerment materials for the trained 300 women. |
| Lot 4 | Vocational training for 250 youth across Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency Kogi State. |
| Lot 5 | Provision of empowerment materials for 250 youth across Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency, Kogi State. |
| Lot 6 | Socio-economic empowerment of rescued victims of human trafficking in Plateau State. |
| Lot 7: (i) | Purchase of empowerment materials for Yobe – Machina/Karasuwa/ Nguru/Yusufari Federal Constituency, Yobe State. |
| (ii) | Purchase of empowerment materials for socio – economic empowerment of rescued victims to Fika/Fune Federal Constituency, Yobe State. |
| (iii) | Purchase of drugs and food items for rehabilitated victims to Fika/Fune Federal Constituency. |
| Lot 8 | Purchase of empowerment materials – Sewing Machines, Grinding Machines, Hair Dressing equipment and food items at Balanga/Billiri Federal Constituency, Gombe State. |
| Lot 9 | Vocational training for 200 youth and women across Badagry Federal Constituency. |
| Lot 10: (i) | Provision of Bore-holes, Hair dressing equipment, Sewing machines, Tricycles and Generating sets for Ife LGA, Osun State. |
| (ii) | Supply of 18 Seater bus (Toyota) for Boripe LGA, Osun State. |
| Lot 11: | Vocational training for 400 women across Ekiti North Federal Constituency, Ekiti State. |
| Lot 12: | Provision of empowerment materials for women across Ekiti North Federal Constituency, Ekiti State. |
| Lot 13: | Provision of empowerment materials for youth in Emure/Gboyin/Ekiti East Federal Constituency, Ekiti State. |
| Lot 14: | Vocational training for 400 youth in Emure/Gboyin/Ekiti East Federal Constituency, Ekiti State. |
| Lot 15 | Provision of empowerment materials for youth and women in Moba/Ilejemeje/Ido-Osi LGAs, Ekiti State. |
| Lot 16: | Vocational training for 400 youth and women in Moba/Ilejemeje/Ido-Osi LGAs, Ekiti State. |
Pre-qualification Requirements
Prospective contractors are required to submit the following pre-qualification documents:
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Company’s Audited Accounts for three years.
(iii) Evidence of verifiable similar jobs executed within the last three years.
(iv) Evidence of financial capability in form of Banker’s reference
(v) Current tax clearance certificate.
(A) Submission of Pre -Qualification Documents:
(i) The pre-qualification documents are to be submitted in A4 paper sizes and should be neatly bound.
(ii) The documents must be sealed in an envelope and the job reference number must be clearly written at the top left hand corner of the envelopes e.g. LOT I…

(4) Submission of pre-qualification tenders shall close exactly not later than 6th September 2015.
