Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to Run a Shopping Mall in the Institute
The Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research (N.I.F.O.R.), invites interested persons or companies to express interest in developing and operating a shopping mall in the main station. NIFOR is densely populated of about 10,000 inhabitants and it is surrounded with several neighbouring communities whose economic activities are centred around NIFOR Main-station, The Institute requires a shopping mall that will adequately service the economic needs of the” teeming population. NIFOR would make the land available.
The successful applicant shall be required to carryout the following activities:
- Building of the mall
- Equipping the mall to taste
- Operating the mall
Submission of Expression of Interest
- Full names of the applicant
- Evidence of track record of previous performance on similar assignment
- Evidence of financial resources to execute assignment
The Expression of interest (EOI) must be submitted in 10 copies in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for mall operation at NIFOR Main-Station” and it should be submitted not later than 13th August, 2015.
