This request for Expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Development Business No. 637 and Dally Trust Newspaper of Nigeria of July 3rd, 2009 and updated on December 4th. 2013
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost 6f the Third National Fadama Development Project – Additional Financing. Kogi State intends to apply part of the proceeds and its own funds for payments under the contract for consulting services on Agricultural Advisory Services and Capacity Building. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the following:

The Kogi State Fadama Coordination Office now invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. Consequently, the Consultant should submit along with their EQIs detailed Curriculum Vitae.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers October, 2011 (“Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultants method set out in the Consultant Guidelines. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays.
