Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Payroll Package

International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is an international non-profit research-for-development (R4D) organization created in 1967, governed by a Board of Trustees, and supported by the Consultative Group of International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). IITA invites expression of interest (EOI) from interested persons, small medium and corporate enterprises that are regulatory compliant, technically and financially eligible to participate in a prequalification exercise for the provision of payroll package as listed below:

• Calculating earnings of Nationally and Internationally Recruited employees including Consultants, Daily rated workers and Student stipends
• Handling of salary arrears/adjustments
• Calculating related payroll taxes and other statutory deductions
• Calculating staff severance benefits and pensions
• Generate taxes, pension, Development Levies, NSITF etc reports
• Generate monthly & annual payroll reports in Pdf and Excel formats
• Permits data upload from customized spreadsheets
• Generate Pay slips in customized format
• Data management, retention and referencing
• Integrate with HR database, SQL and ORACLE Database
• Support multiple pay frequencies: weekly, fortnightly and monthly.
• Flexibility in multidimensional reporting
• Auto generation of bank payment schedules
• Interface with various e-banking platforms
• Creation of system journal to book payroll costs automatically
• Task notification alert

Requirements:

Those interested in participating in this enquiry are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) with the following mandatory requirements:

• Companies’ Name, Postal and Physical location addresses
• Phone number, fax numbers and email addresses
• Name and title of contact person
• Company background and profile of the Board of Directors
• Verifiable evidence of experience and reputation in the provision of the relevant services
• Certificate of Incorporations or Registration
• VAT Registration certificate where applicable
• Valid Income Tax Clearance certificate for years 2013 and 2014
• Minimum of Three (3) Reputable Organizations as Referees
