Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Prospective Building and Construction Firms in Respect of Renovation and Upgrade of Health Facilities in Kaduna State
Friends for Global Health Initiative in Nigeria (FGHiN) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization working in partnership with donor agencies in the field of public health.
To further the mandate of strengthening of health systems, FGHiN is seeking for competent building/construction companies that will renovate and upgrade our health system structures in some of our sites in Kaduna State.
Eligibility Criteria for Expression of Interest
The basis for selection for this EOI is the eligibility criteria employed to establish the ability of responding companies to satisfactorily carry out the required services to standard.
To this end, building and construction companies are required to forward the requisite information and declarations establishing their compliance with the eligibility criteria by way of comprehensive profiles which shall be evaluated in line with our organizational selection criteria:
Pre-Requisite Criteria
(a) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Tax Clearance Certificate for three years (valid till 31.12.2015)
(c) VAT Registration Certificate & VAT Remittance Evidence
(d) A Sworn Affidavit that the firm is not bankrupt, in receivership or under liquidation or involved in any litigation which can potentially affect the company’s ability to conclusively participate in this engagement
(e) Sworn Affidavit of disclosure to indicate if any of the officers (or related persons) of the FGHiN is a Chairman/Director of the company
Professional Selection Criteria
(a) List of similar assignment of comparable functionality with supporting details comprising brief description, implementation role, size and status of the project
(b) Company profile including profile of the technical team
(c) Evidence to show that the firm has prior experience in the past

Only pre-qualified applications will be invited for a technical evaluation of submissions based on which detailed financial bids shall be requested.
