Invitation for the Submission of Expression of Interest for the Supply of Vehicles to the Central Bank of Nigeria
The Central Bank of Nigeria requires the supply of vehicles to the Bank under 2015 budget. Consequently, the Bank wishes to invite accredited dealers to submit expression of interest for the supply of the following vehicles:

(1) 4 Door Saloon Vehicles, 2.0 Litres, Petrol (Fabric Seats, AT (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/01)
(2) 4*4 Wheel Drive, Double Cabin Pick-up 2.7 Ltr Engine, Petrol (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/02)
(3) 16 Seater Bus (2700cc Petrol) 2.7 Ltr Engine (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/03)
(4) 4*4 Wheel Drive, SUV V68 Seater, 4.0 Litre engine A/T
Leather Seat (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/04)
(5) 30 Seater Bus, 2.7 Ltr Engine (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/05)
(6) Water Tanker (10,000 Litres) (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/06)
(7) Aluminum Truck (Aluminum Box Body) (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/07)
(8) Sedan Vehicle 4 Door, 2400cc, 17″ Alloy Wheels, 2.4 Litres, Leather Seats 2015 Model (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/08)
(9) 5 Door Ambulance (Ref No: CBN/VCH2015/09)
Scope Of Work
Provision of vehicles listed above.
Mandatory
(i) Evidence of registration with Corporate affairs Commission
(ii) Certified True Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
(iii) Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as at when due (such evidence should reflect the value of the projects undertaken by the company in the last three (3) years)
(iv) Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as evidence of fulfilling employer’s obligation to employees with respect to pensions.
(v) Evidence of payment of training contributions to ITF (Industrial Training Fund)
(vi) Evidence of registration with FRC (Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria)
(vii) Evidence of Accreditation with the respective vehicles manufacturers.
Others
(a) Corporate profile of the firm including CV of key personnel registered address, functional contract email address, GSM phone number(s), facsimile number(s).
(b) Audited accounts in the last three(3) years dully stamped by licensed Auditors.
(c) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past.
(d) Reference letter from a Bank stating the financial ability of
the vendor to carry out such project.
Submission
Submissions should be forwarded in a sealed waxed envelope boldly marked at the top left corner:
“Expression of interest for the supply of…………to the Central Bank of Nigeria”. And address to:

Closing Date
All submissions must be received at the above address not later than 12noon on June 4th 2015.
Opening Date
All submissions will be opened immediately after the close of submission on June 4, 2015 at 2nd Floor, Wing D, Procurement and Support Department (PSSD), Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja.
Important Notice
(a) This is not an invitation to tender. Full tendering procedure
will be applied to contractors prequalified and found capable of executing the project.
(b) Only successful contractors will be contacted for tender process.
(c) Documents included in your submission must be clearly itemized on the Application.
(d) Nothing in the advert shall be construed to be a commitment on the part of the CBN.
(e) Applicants are entirely liable to the veracity of the documents submitted by them.
