Invitation for Technical and Financial Bids at Revenue Mobilization and Fiscal Commission
Introduction
The revenue and Mobilization allocation commission wishes to invite reputable contractors and other service providers to submit bids for the provision of cleaning and fumigation services to the commission for 2015 financial year.
Scope of Work
Provision of cleaning and fumigation services in the commission’s head office.
Technical and Financial Bid Submission Requirements
In order to be considered for the bids, contractors and service providers must submit the following documents;
a. Evidence of valid certificate of incorporation/Registration with corporate Affairs Commission including photocopies of form co2 and co7
b. Current Tax clearance certificate for the last three years(2011, 2012 & 2013)
c. Evidence of VAT Registration and Remmittance.
d. Company profile including names and technical qualification(s) and experience(s) of key personnel.
e. Evidence of financial capability to handle the job including letter of reference from your Banker.
f. Evidence of execution of similar contracts with any Government establishment.
g. Certified Audited Account of the Company for the past three years (2011, 2012 & 2013)
h. Evidence of PENCOM Registration and Remmittance
i. Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act.
j. Evidence of compliance with National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Act
k. Evidence of registration with financial Reporting Council (FRC) Act, No 6, 2011
l. Any other documents that will place the ccompany on comparative advantage
Collection/Submission of Technical and Financial Documents
Collection of Bid Documents:
The companies that meet the above requirements should pay a non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira(N10,000) only in bank draft in favour of Revenue Mobilization Allocation Commission before the collection of bid documents from the head of procurement between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday from 15th December 2014
Submission of Bid Documents:
The complete documents should be enclosed in an envelope sealed and marked (a) Pre-qualification for…….. (b) Financial bid for……….. Indicating “Cleaning and Fumigation” and must be addressed and returned on or before Monday 26, January 2015 to

Closing Date
The closing date of submission of duly completed technical and financial bidding document is Monday 26th January 2015
Bid Opening and Venue
Technical bids will be opened on the closing date of submission, Monday 26th January 2015 in the commission’s board room, ground floor of the commission by 12.00pm. All bidders, NGO’s and the general public are invited tto the opening of the Technical Bids
Please Note that:
a. The Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal commission reserves the right to reject any or all pre-qualification documents that fails to meet expected standards.
b. Late submissions will not be entertained.
