Invitation to Pre-Qualify as Facility Managers in NIMC State Offices
Preamble
As part of its strategy for nation-wide deployment of the National Identity Management System (NIMS), the National Identity Management Commission has established permanent offices in all states of the federation where enrolment of eligible Nigerian: and legal residents are carried out every working day of the week.
The State Offices are fully operational and have been experiencing huge public influx for the enrolment exercise. Consequently the Commission has deemed it necessary to engage eligible facility managers that will carry out daily maintenance of facilities in all State Offices.
In the light of the above the Commission hereby invites interested competent and eligible firms to apply for pre-qualification as Facility Managers in any of the thirty-eight (38) lots of their choice listed hereunder. Prospective applicants can apply for more than one lot.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
To be pre-qualified, interested firms must supply the following verifiable evidence including but not limited:
- Company Profile including ownership structure, management team, technical/ other staff, registered address /other contact details.
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association including Form C0.7/C0.2.
- Evidence of Registration and compliance with relevant authorities (FIRS, VAT, Income Tax, Pension, NHIS, ITF, etc.).
- Three years Tax Clearance Certificate of the firm (2011, 2012 & 2013).
- Three years Audited Accounts of the firm (2011, 2012 & 2013).
- Evidence of technical competence and relevant experience in similar works and services.
- Evidence of experience/track record of firm/consortium; Evidence of financial capability and banking support.
- Verifiable reference list of clients for whom similar services were/are being executed by the firm or members of the consortium; giving scope, location, value, date executed, address, telephone numbers, and contact persons.
- Any other information, considered relevant to the evaluation of your application.
The Commission will normally verify the authenticity of statutory documents submitted or claims made. The Commission reserves the right to disqualify incomplete documentation. Only short listed firms will be contacted.
Submission
Pre-qualification documents must be delivered in six (6) hard copies in sealed envelope with an electronic copy (in a CD) in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Confidential: Pre-Qualification for the Provision of Facility Management Services in NIMC State Offices” at the top left corner of the envelope and also indicate the Lot Number at the top right corner of the envelope delivered to the address below on or before 1 pm Monday, 27th October, 2014.
