Invitation to Tender for Capital Projects under 2013 Sure-P
Introduction:
The Igabi Local Government hereby invites interested and competent contractors/companies for tendering of the underlisted projects:-
Lot 1: Purchase and Installation of 300KVA-33/415KVATransformers.
Lot 2: Renovation of 1 Block of 2 Classrooms across the Local Government
Lot 3: Repairs of Vandalized Electrical Projects
Lot 4: Drilling of Hand Pump Boreholes
Scope: The detailed scope of works will be provided in the tender documents
Tender Requirement:
- Certificate of Incorporation with Cooperate Affairs Commission (C AC)
- Evidence of Registration of Business with the Local Government
- Evidence of Registration with Kaduna State Tenders Board (Current)
- Payment of Contract Registration Fee
Collection of Bid Documents
Interested contractors/companies are to collect the bid documents from the Office of Head of Establishment, Igabi Local Government, Turunku on payment of non refundable fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5000.00) only
NB
- Prospective bidders can bid for the whole lots or partially.
- Other bidders can be considered as the need arises.
Submission
Interested bidders may submit their pre-qualifications documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked “pre-qualification to tender” to the office of secretary-tender committee (Head of Establishment) Igabi Local Government, Turunku, Kaduna State from Monday 29th September, 2014 – Monday 6th October, 2014.

- Igabi Local Government Council reserved the right to verify any claim by the bidders. This advertisement is not an invitation to tender and should not be treated as such.
- Full bidding procedure shall only be applied to contractors that have been pre-qualified and found capable of executing the project(s).
- This pre-qualification notice should not be considered as commitment of the part of Igabi Local Government Council nor should it entitle companies to make any claim(s) whatsoever and or seek any indemnity from Igabi Local Government Council
