The Oyo State Hospitals Management Board hereby invites interested and reputable company’s Representatives and Contractors with relevant experience in the supply of New Vehicles to tender for the supply of the underlisted vehicles:

BID REQUIREMENTS

Prospective Contractors are required to submit the following:

  1. Evidence of Registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement;
  2. Evidence of Company Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
  3. Evidence of Registration with the Ministry of Trade, investment and Cooperatives (Business Premises)
  4. Evidence of similar projects/contracts successful executed in the past,
  5. Tax Clearance Certificate in the last 3 years (For Directors and the Company)

TENDERFEE

Interested bidders are required to collect bid documents from Room 9, Oyo State Hospitals Management Board Annex, Secretariat, Ibadan with a non-refundable sum of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only as Tender Fee payable to designated Government Bank Account.

Bid documents should be submitted to Room 28A, Oyo State Hospitals Management Board Annex on or before 24th September, 2014.

Bids will be opened at 12.00 noon at the above mentioned address on the 24th day of September, 2014.
