Invitation for the Pre-Qualification to Tender to Manage Hostels/Cafeteria, Provision of Fast Food and Business Centres

Imo State University, Owerri is in the process of tenders for the Management and Provision of Services for :

1. Hostels at Lake Nwaebere and Umunna Orlu Campuses
2. Cafeteria at Umuna Orlu Campus
3. Fast Food and Business Centre at Lake Nwaebere Campus

Interested and reputable contractors with relevant experience and track record in the above mentioned establishment are invited to submit their applications.

All interested firms/contractors are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N50,000.00. Their bid documents and company brochure should include the following:

1. Evidence of up-to-date company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Evidence of registration with Imo State University.
3. Current financial status and bank capability
4. Tax clearance for the last (3) three years.
5. Experience/Technical Qualification and Experience of key personnel
6. Evidence of past VAT remittances
7. Annual Turnover

The completed Pre-Qualification document must be bounded, sealed in an envelope and clearly marked Pre­qualification to Tender and returned to the Registrar, Imo State University, Owerri, on or before 22^nd September 2014
