Invitation to Tender
The Oyo State House of Assembly, Secretariat, Ibadan intends to carry out some Constituency Empowerment Programmes in the 2014 Capital Expenditure.
To give room for competitive bidding tenders are invited from interested Contractors/Vendors for the under-listed items:

2. Bid Requirements:
Interested Companies are to submit the following documents:-
(i) Evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement,
Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan;
(ii) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(iii) Tax Clearance Certificate of at least 2 Directors covering the last 5years;
(iv) Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate covering the last 3 years;
(v) Evidence of similar projects successfully executed in the past;
(vi) Evidence of current Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Government;
3. Interested bidders can obtain document from the Office of Director (Finance and Administration) Room 57, Oyo State House of Assembly, Secretariat, Ibadan between 10.00am and 3.30pm daily upon payment of non-refundable sum of N100, 000.00 into Government Account No: First Bank Plc. -2012411197 Revenue Code: 4040118
4. Submission of completion bid documents:
All applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes waxed and shall be addressed to the address below on or before 25th April, 2014

5. All Tenders must be submitted not later than 12.00 noon 25th April, 2014
6. Bid Opening:
Bids will be opened at the above address on Wednesday, 30th April, 2014 in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend by 12.00 noon prompt.
7. Please note that the Management of the House of Assembly is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular tender.
