Invitation to Tender
In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the National Information Technology Development Agency hereby invites reputable and competent contractors with proven experience to apply for the projects listed below:

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested Contractors are to submit the following documents:
a) Evidence of Incorporation and Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Memorandum and Articles of Association (C07);
b) Evidence of Registration as Contractor with NITDA;
c) Genuine Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years i.e. 2011, 2012 and 2013.
d) Evidence of Technical Expertise;
e) List of Projects similar to the one bade for within last three (3) years;
f) Registration with Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) is an added advantage;
g) Evidence of Financial Capability supported with Three (3) years audited account (2011, 2012, and 2013);
h) Evidence of Pension Fund / ITF contribution.
i) An affidavit that all information and documents submitted is true and correct.
Submission of Tender Documents:
- All prospective bidders should collect an RFP document relating to the corresponding lot they intend to bid for from the Procurement Unit,
- All Bids must adhere and comply with requirements stated in the RFP.
- The prospective bidders should submit both the “Technical” and “Financial” bids in separate envelopes and clearly mark them appropriately.
- Both bids should be put in a sealed larger envelop with the lot name, number, company name and address indicated,
- All bidders must fill the bid submission register after submitting their bids in the procurement Unit,
- All bids must be submitted on or before 22nd May, 2014.

The documents should be dropped after due registration, in the Bid box at the Procurement Unit of the Agency by 12 noon.
Disclaimer:
- Late submissions shall be rejected;
- Only the financial bids of companies that met the technical criteria shall be opened during the bid communicated appropriately;
- The Agency reserves the right to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring any liabilities and assigning any reason thereto.
- This advert also serves as invitation to any interested NGO and members of the general public who may wish to witness the bid opening exercise.
