Request for Expression of Interest in Leasing/Managing a New Hotel

We are a newly constructed hotel, well located in a serene environment in the heart of Gombe town, Gombe State, with the following facilities.

  • 41 Rooms Including (Exec Suites, Double and Single rooms)
  • 100-Seat Conference Hall
  • Restaurant
  • Standby electricity generators
  • Wifi internet access
  • Laundry
  • CCTV Cameras
  • Ample parking space

Expression of Interest is hereby invited from prospective operators to lease/Manage the Hotel. Applications, indicating preferred option (i.e. Leasing or Managing) should be accompanied by:

  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  • Company Profile
  • Evidence of experience in leasing/management in the hospitality industry
  • Qualifications of key management staff
  • Copy of Current tax clearance certificate
