Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors

The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission invites application from interested Contractors for Pre-qualification to tender for the Procurement of Operational Vehicles.

The Application must have the following qualification.

1.       Evidence of Company Incorporation or Registration of Business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

2.       Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years

3.       VAT registration Certificate

4.       Evidence of Financial Capability or Bank Reference

5.       Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years

6.       Evidence of similar projects executed in the past

7.       Evidence of Compliance with PENCOM Act 2004

8.       Evidence of Registration with NSITF

9.       Evidence of Registration with ITF.

10.    Evidence of Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria

All applications to be submitted on or before 16th April 2014. Late submissions would not be accepted.

Only pre-qualified contractors may be invited to tender

All applications to be addressed in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “Application for Pre­qualification of Contractors” on the left hand corner to:
