Invitation for Tender/ Pre-Qualification for Tetfund Sponsored 2013 Special Intervention Project
Introduction:
The Federal College of Education Technical Bichi is desirous to execute the following project funded under the TETFUND SPONSORED SPECIAL INTERVENTION.
- Procurement and Installation of Teaching Aids Equipment and furnishing for School of Business Education. Interested, Skilled and highly reputable Contractors are hereby invited for pre-qualification/Tender. PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Photocopies of the following documents are required:
- Certificate of incorporation from Corporate Affairs Commission
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years valid up to December, 2012.
- Company/Contractors profiles including details of key Staff C.V to be deployed for the execution of the project showing qualifications and experiences.
- Evidence of experiences in similar contracts including letters of award and details of involvement
- List of equipment, plants including machineries owned or to be hired.
- Copies of current company bank statement, referee letter and consent to allow for verification with bankers
- Company/Contractors Audited Account for the year 2011-2012
- Evidence of compliance with the Statutory provision of Section 8 (l)-(3) of the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2001.
- Evidence of Compliance with pension reform act 2004
Collection and Submission of Tender and Pre-Qualification Documents
Bidding documents can be collected at the office of the Director of Works on payment of Non-refundable Tender Fees to Ten Thousand Naira only (N 10,000.00) to the College Account No 7000000990 Main Street Bank Dawanau (F.C.E (T), Bichi) Completed Tender and Pre-qualification documents should be enclosed in separate sealed marked envelopes “Pre-qualification for Procurement and Installation of Teaching Aids Equipment” or “Tender for Procurement and Installation of Teaching Aids Equipment”. The two documents should be put in a bigger envelope marked Tender and Pre-qualification for Procurement and Installation of Teaching Aids Equipment are to be submitted to the Registrar’s office not later than 16th April 2014.
Opening of Tender/Pre-Qualification Documents:
All Tenderers and the General Public are hereby invited to the Public Opening which will hold in the College Council Chamber on the 16th April, 2014 at 12 noon
Note:
The College will analyse the Pre-qualification documents first and only Companies who pass the minimum marks will their Tender Documents be further analyse to arrive at lowest evaluated responsive bid:
