Invitation for tenders for the Procurement of 135 Units of 7 Metre GZ6700Q Mini-Bus Engine JX495-3, Standard MT, with AC, Out-Swing Door, 23 Fabric Seats and Others with GAC Standard
The Borno State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors/suppliers for submission of qualification documents for the procurement of 135 Units of 7 metre GZ6700Q Mini-Bus Engine JX495-3, Standard MT, With AC, Out-Swing Door, 23 Fabric Seats and Others with GAC Standard
Tender Documents
The tender documents will be available for collection by all interested Contractors, Suppliers upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N30,000.00 per set with effect from Monday 10th March, 2014 in the office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. All completed tender documents should be accompanied with the following requirements:-
1. Evidence of Registration and Incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or Borno State Ministry of Commerce.
2. Evidence of Registration with Borno State Government as a contractor or supplier.
3. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years.
4. Evidence of Financial Capability.
5. Company Profile.
6. Experience.
Tender Closing Date
The closing date for the submission of all tender documents has been fixed for Monday 17th March, 2014 at 10:00am prompt.
Tender Opening:
All Contractors/Suppliers that have submitted their bidding documents should come for the opening at the office of the Permanent Secretary on Monday 17th March, 2014 by 2:00pm prompt.
