Request for Procurement of Iron Double Bunk Beds to Secondary Schools in the State
The Kebbi State Ministry of Education wishes to invite interested and qualified Contractors to submit their applications for the procurement of iron double bunk beds to secondary schools in the states.
Below are the specifications.
1. Size: L1.9m, B-9m and H-1.8m
2. Weight: 27kg
3. Ladder Bar: Round steel bar 19×1.2mm
4. Mail Pole: Round Steel bar: 1.5″x1.5mm
5. Side Bar: Rectangle Bar 25x50x1 mm
6. Rail: Flat Bar 50x5x1.5mm
Qualification of Firms Responding for the Supply of Materials
All qualified contractors interested in supplying of the materials must show clear evidence of:
- Payment of Corporate Taxes, PAYE, VAT,etc
- Kebbi State Tenders Board Registration Certificate
- Letters of confirmation by applicant’s banker on having financial, capacity to execute the contract
- Certificate of Incorporation for companies/consulting firms
- Memorandum and articles of Association
- Registration with professional regulatory bodies as would be applicable
- List of company/consulting firms, machineries, equipments and instruments.
- List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance
- List of company/consulting firms, personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field
- Third Party insurance
Deadline for the Submission of Quotation
All interested companies are to submit6th March, 2014.
The ministry of Education Kebbi state reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirements.
