Expression of Interest for Appointment as Estate Valuers
Introduction
The Corporate Affairs Commission was established by the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of 1990, to regulate and supervise the formation, incorporation, registration, management and winding of companies in Nigeria.
The Commission hereby invites competent Estate Valuers to submit Expression of Interest (Technical Bids only) for the valuation of the Commission’s assets.
Pre -Qualification Requirements
The Estate Valuer to be appointed must be a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers or any recognized professional body.
In Addition to;
a. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
b. Full details of the Company’s Profile.
c. Evidence of filing of Annual Returns.
d. Curriculum Vitae of key personnel showing experience and technical qualification.
e. Tax Clearance Certificate for three (3) years.
f. VAT registration certificate.
g. Companies audited account for the last three (3)years.
h. Bank reference
i. Evidence of similar job carried out.
j. Evidence of financial capability or bank support.
k. Evidence of pension contribution.
I. Evidence of compliance with Section 6 of ITF Act.
Submission of Application
Applications are to be sealed with wax in an envelope indicating “Expression of Interest for Appointment as Estate Valuers” and should be submitted not later than 2.00pm (Nigerian Time) on Tuesday 1st April, 2014 to the following address:
