Invitation to Tender
Further to our publication in The Nigerian Standard of 12th February 2014, the Ministry of Information and Commutation Plateau state invites reputable contractors to bid for the following projects for Plateau State Radio Television Corporation, (PRTVC).
1. Supply and installation of fully digital television studio.
2. Supply and installation of 1 No TV virtual studio.
3. Supply of studio furniture.
4. Supply of spare parts for maintenance of existing equipment of PRTV.
5. Supply and installation of 1 No. feeder system for AM Transmitter.
6. Supply and installation of Earth Station (uplink and down link).
7. Supply and installation of 1No 10KW fully Digital Television Transmitter with capacity to perform Digital transmission in DVB -T1, DVB2 ANALOG, ASTC, PAL and other Digital standards.
8. Supply of 15KW 1No. Radio Transmitter.
9. Supply of vehicles:
i. 3 no. Toyota Hilux
ii. 1 no. Toyota Highlander (2012 model)
iii. 1 no. Toyota Camry (2012 model)
iv. 3 no. Toyota Corolla for our Abuja, Lagos Offices and Marking Department.
v. 1 no. 18 Seater Toyota Bus
10. Fencing of Mangun Booster Station
11. Fencing of Dankang Booster Station
Processing Fee
All prospective contractors are expected to pay a non- refundable processing fee of 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) only, for Contract above N50,000.000.00 and N10,000.00 for contract below N50,000.000.00
Qualification Requirements
Bidders are required to submit bids along with the following:
i. Evidence of registrations with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Evidence of current tax clearance (last three years)
iii. Evidence of having successfully completed similar works in last three years, history of performance, names of clients, location of project, contract sum with certificate of completion.
iv. Evidence of financial capability for job above N20,000,000.00
v. Company profile with names of key technical and administrative personnel to be used.
vi. Any other relevant information that will be helpful in determining the bidder’s suitability for the work.
Submission of Documents
The quotations are to be forwarded in a sealed envelope and deposited in the Ministry’s Tender Box after paying the appropriate processing fee.
