Addendum

To

Invitation of Tenders for the Provision of Additional Workstation and Upgrading of Billing Unit of AEPB and Erosion Control at Maitama District of Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) through the Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB) wishes to refer to earlier publications in the Vanguard Newspaper, Daily Trust Newspaper and Federal Tenders Journal of Monday 23^rd September 2013 requesting interested companies to submit tenders for

(i)                Provision of Additional Workstation and Upgrading of the Billing Unit of AEPB and

(ii)             Erosion Control at Maitama District of Abuja and also to inform the general public, the interested bidders and those who have collected bid documents for any of the jobs mentioned of the followings:

1. All four (4) requirements for prequalification without which shall disqualify a company remain unchanged. In addition, all bidders should include the Evidence of VAT Registration in their submissions.
2. Company’s Bank Statement for the last 12 months is no more a requirement for bidding and should not be included in the Technical submission by any bidder. However all other requirements in the previous publication remain unchanged.
3. Note that all conditions for Bid Collection remain unchanged.
4. Note that all conditions for Bid Packaging remain unchanged.
5. Note that all conditions about the tenders’ submission remain the same EXCEPT that the date of submission has been extended to close by 12.00noon of 21^st October 2013 and opening take place the same day by 12.10PM at the same venue as indicated in the early Publication.
