Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Office Equipment and Accessories

The National Authorising Officer of the European Development Fund (EDF)/ Honourable Minister of the National Planning Commission intends to award of contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Office Equipment to the Six benefiting States, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Institutions and the Federal Ministry of Water Resources under the Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Reform Programme Phase II (WSSSRP II) with financial assistance from the 10th EDF programme of the European Union.

The Tender Dossier is available from the Office of the Director, International Cooperation Department, National Planning Commission (NPC), Room 202, 2^nd Floor, Plot 421, Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja, Nigeria between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and will also be published in the EuropeAid website:

The deadline for submission of Tenders is 10.00 am, Tuesday 20^th January, 2015.

An optional but important clarification meeting on the tender process will be organised on Wednesday, 17^th December, 2014 by 10.00 am for project/technical management staff of prospective tenderers.
