Request For Proposal (RFP) for Engagement as Revenue Merchants for Point of Sales (POS) Collections

The Management of Cross River State Internal Revenue Service invites proposals from qualified and reputable firms for engagement as Revenue Merchants for its mobile collection system through the use of Point-of-Sales machines.

The POS would be mainly deployed for collection of revenue accruing to Cross River State Government at remote locations and areas where there are no Banks.

Interested firms should submit their proposal in person or by any means to the following on or before 12 noon on Friday 7^th February, 2014:

Proposals received after the date and time specified above will be returned unopened,

All vendors interested in doing business with Cross River State Government are required to register their business with the State Department of Due Process and Price Intelligence.

Submitted proposals should include:

a)     Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission

b)    Evidence of 3 years tax clearance up to 2013

c)     Evidence of financial capability as indicated by a bank statement

d)    Evidence of experience in revenue collections and related services.
