Request for Expression of Interest (Consultancy Services Firms Selection) Office of Local Government Establishment, Training & Pensions Contract No; (CS/T-001/8/2014)
The Lagos State Government through the Local Government Establishment, Training and Pensions Office has received one percent (1%) Training Fund from the Joint Account Allocation Committee (JAAC) and intends to apply the proceed for payment of various TRAINING WORKSHOPS for the staff of 20 Local Government Areas and 37 Local Council Development Areas in the State for the year2014.
The Local Government Establishment, Training and Pensions Office hereby invites eligible Consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services.
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform any of the following services;

- Post Training Evaluation and Impact Assessment
To be eligible you must:
Have the necessary professional and technical qualification, management competence, good reputation, financial viability, equipment and other physical facilities, including post-contract consultations or services (where appropriate) and qualified personnel to perform the contract.
Possess the legal capacity to enter into consulting contract.
A Not be in receivership; insolvent, bankrupt or being wound-up, being suspended or be the subject of any of the foregoing.
Have fulfilled all fiscal obligations and social security contributions.
Not have any Partner(s) /Directors who have been convicted in any country for criminal offence related to fraudulent or corruptive practices or criminal misinterpretation or falsification of facts relation to any matter

Consultant will be selected using the Consultants Qualification Method and Procedures as set out in the Lagos State Public Procurement Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants.
Submission of Expression of interest must be delivered in written form to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Local Government Establishment, Training & Pensions Old Secretariat, Ikeja on or before 18th August 2014
