Invitation for Tender
The above named agency is desirous to carry out mineral Exploration and Exploitation in Niger State.
The activities involved in the Exploration and Exploitation Exercises include but not limited to the followings:
1. Geological Activities:
i. Reconnaissance Survey
ii. Geological Mapping
iii. Detailed Investigations
- Drilling of Core Holes
- Logging of Core Holes
- Production of Core Boxes
- Laboratory Analysis of Ore Samples
- Hydro-Geological Studies
- Draft Geological Report (Preliminary)
- Final Geological Report
2. Mining activities
i. Geological report Analysis/study
ii. Mining design
iii. Mining Plan
iv. Mine opening
Interested and competent companies with proven relevant experience are required to submit their pre-qualification bids with the following documents / information:-
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of Payment of tax for the last three (3) years as and when due.
iii. Evidence of VAT registration certificate.
iv. Comprehensive company profile including registered address and functional email address.
v. Evidence of similar job successfully executed in the past.
vi. Evidence of registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board
vii. Letter of attestation of good capability from the company’s bankers.
viii. Certified bank draft of N25, 000 in favour of Niger State Ministry of Mining and Minerals Resources as a non refundable processing fee.
The above stated documents should be in a sealed envelope and to be submitted not later than 8th October 2013 to the following address:
