Invitation for Prequalification of Consultants for the Development of Climate Change Policy, Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy
The Enugu State Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources on behalf of the State Government intend to develop a Climate Change Policy, Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy for the state. Thus the Ministry is inviting bids for the pre-qualification of consultancy firms to carry out the project.
Pre-qualification Requirements
1 Evidence of incorporation or registration of business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission
2 Evidence of Registration with Enugu State Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources as an Environmental Consultant
3 Three years tax clearance certificate for 2011, 2012 and 2013.
4 Evidence of financial capacity (bank’s reference)
5 Corporate profile with evidence of having carried out similar project in the past
6 Verifiable and functional business office
7 Evidence of payment of processing fee of N20,000 into a designated account
Submission of Pre-qualification Documents
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the project clearly indicated at the top left corner of the envelope.
