Hospital Building Rehabilitation at General Hospital Aliero

Building firms, architects, artisans and similar organizations or individuals with building skills already carrying out architectural building and related or similar works in Kebbi State are invited to submit proposals quotations or estimates for rehabilitation of General Hospital Aliero, comprising of main Hospital building, wards (A&B), maternity/laboratory, theatre block, X-ray block, attachment block and mortuary.

2.       Building firms, architects etc, are request be for submitting proposal, quotation or estimates to undertake an assessment of the required rehabilitation works at General Hospital Aliero on or before 2^nd Dec, 2013 between the hours 12:noon.

Submission of Proposal Quotation or Estimates:

Building firms, architects, etc submitting a proposal quotations or estimates for the rehabilitation of General Hospital at Aliero are to forward the under listed document to the Ministry of Health.

a.       Tax clearance certificate

b.       Tenders Board registration certificate

c.       Latter of confirmation of applicants Bankers on having financial capacity to execute or provide service to that limit.

d.       Certificate of incorporation of companies or consultancies firms.

e.       Memorandum and articles of association.

f.       Registration with professional or regulatory bodies as would be applicable.

Submission of Quotation:

All proposal, quotation or estimates of the project to be submitted within on or before 11^th December, 2013 at 2:00pm for proposal and recommendation to tender Board for the award of contact.

Please, not that the ministry and the State tender Board reserve the right to right and quotation that does not meet its requirement.
