Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultancy Services

(1.0) Objectives

The assignments main objective is to develop guidelines and strengthen the capacity of Estate Dept. of the Corporation for collection of the Ground Rent and Maintenance Charges/Estate Management Fees in all the Estates of the Corporation. The consulting firm will develop a work plan and provide qualified and skilled personnel in sufficient numbers to ensure the completion of the tasks in a manner consistent with the international best practice and standards.

The consulting firm will be hired for a period of two years.

(2.0)  Submission of Expression of Interest (EOIS)

Anambra State Housing Development Corporation now invites eligible consulting Estate Surveyors & Valuers (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants should provide the information on the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The criteria’s are:

(i)      Consultancy profile/brochure

(ii)     Certificate of Registration

(iii)    Evidence of registration with relevant authorities and professional bodies.

(iv)    Evidence showing the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm in the field of assignment.

(v)     Experience of working in a similar geographical region.

(vi)    Description of similar assignments.

(vii)   Availability of appropriate staff skills and essential technology etc.

For each previous project performed, the consultant shall provide the name and contact address of the client (Office address, telephone number), date(s) of execution, name(s) of lead and associate firms and financing sources.

Expression of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person or by mail) on or before 18^th March 2015.
