- This Request for Expression of Interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in the dgMarket of 26th November, 2010
- The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) for the implementation of Public Sector Governance Reform and Development Project. Ondo State is a beneficiary of the credit and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the credit for this assignment. The overall objective of the project is to promote good governance by promoting quality transparency and accountability in public financial management and human resource management systems in Ondo State.
Scope of Service
- The scope of service for this consultancy work shall include the following tasks
- The consultant firm’s main task will be to design website for Ondo State Public Sector Governance Reform and Development
- Conduct background scope and research on at least 5-6 websites (National and International) for similar nature and present their salient features and innovations as part of Inception Report
- Obtain a domain name as per client’s request and register it for the period of the Project
- Design and complete high quality user-friendly website using the latest technology
- Create comprehensive website with menus, sub-menus providing all information on the Project
- Provide links to appropriate related sites as required by the Project
- Provide adequate web security for the site
- Update and maintain the websites with vetted contents for a period of one year and renewable on mutual consent after one year
Qualification and Experience
- The Ondo State Public Sector Governance Reform and Development Project now invites eligible consulting and Information Communication Technology (ICT) firms with minimum of three years experience in website development to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested consulting firms are requested to submit a statement demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and experience to handle the assignment. The shortlisting criteria are:
i. The Consultancy firm should have previous experience of hosting, developing user-friendly and attractive as well as maintaining modem websites for similar organizations for a period not less than three years
- Evidence showing experience in similar assignments in Nigeria or elsewhere in the last three years
- Availability of appropriate skills among key staff
