Pre-Qualification of Contractors

Tenders are hereby invited from reputable companies/contractors who are duly registered with College of Education, Zing for the execution of 0 Projects in College of Education, Zing.

Project Description

1. Procurement of assorted textbooks and journal
2. Installation of E-library
3. Installation of CCTV Cameras
4. Procurement of bindery equipment

Pre-Qualification Requirement

1. Evidence of company registration with CAC.
2. Evidence of registration with Taraba State Ministry of Works.
3. Current tax clearance certificate for three (3) years.
4. Evidence of similar jobs done within the past three (3) years.
5. Evidence of financial   capability   from banks.
6. Evidence of payment of 1 % of staff annual salary to ITF.

Tender Documents

Only contractors who have satisfied the pre-qualification conditions stated above would be allowed to tender on payment of non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand naira (N 10,000.00) only payable in cash to the Bursary Department cashier in Zing.

All completed tender documents must be returned on Monday 26^th May, 2014. Tender would be opened on that day by 2:00pm. In the conference hall of the College.
