1.0 Introduction
The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) had Given the College Approval in principle for the year2012 Merged Intervention for the execution of the under listed projects.
This is to therefore invites suitably qualified Contractors/Suppliers for pre-qualification and Tender for the projects
2.0 The Projects and Tender Fees

3.0 Qualification Requirements
i. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Evidence of registration/renewal with Osun State College of Education, Ilesa,
ii. Evidence of Financial viability or Bank support.
iv. Evidence of 3 years tax clearance.
v. Verifiable list of similar and other jobs successfully executed with their locations.
vi. Evidence of compliance with tertiary Education Trust Fund Act 2001 (Amended).
vii. An affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Osun State College of Education, Ilesa or the Bureau of Public procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidding company.

Documents are to be arranged as itemized in i- vii.
4.0 Tender Documents:
Any contractor/supplier that is sure of being pre-qualified should pay the appropriate tender fee in Bank draft to Osun State College of Education, Ilesa and collect the appropriate tender documents from the Office of Director of Works.
5.0 Submission of Pre-Qualification and Tender
i. The pre-qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: The Secretary, Tender Board, Osun State College of Education Ilesa on or before 4.00pm, Monday 31st March, 2014. Contractor/Supplier should indicate the LOT number at the left hand corner of envelope.
ii. The tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: The Secretary, Tender Board, Osun State College of Education Ilesa on or before 4.00pm; Monday 31st March, 2014 and indicate the LOT number at the left hand corner of envelope.
6.0 Opening of Pre-Qualification and Tender Documents:
The pre-qualification and tender documents shall be opened for analysis on Tuesday, 8th April, 2014 at 10.00am in the College Board Room.
7.0 Only the tender documents of pre-qualified contractors will be opened. The College is not in any way bound to accept the lowest of any tender figure.
