The Kano State Polytechnic Management wishes to invite interested and reputable contractors with good contract record for pre-qualification to tender to the following:

1.1.         Procurement and installation of 40-No LG 2700IM6 Projector, 40-No Background Projector Screen.

2.2.         Procurement and Installation of 11-No Sharp (5-in-1) Printer/Photocopier (Ar-5520 BGMS)

Pre-Qualification Requirement

a.       Evidence of contract registration of business with Kano State Polytechnic

b.       Evidence of registration of Business name with Corporate Affairs Commission

c.       Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for at least (3) consecutive years

d.       Evidence of having successfully carried out similar job in the past (award letter and completion certificate attached)

e.       VAT registration certificate and evidence of past remittance

f.      Letter of attestation from your bank to confirm the company financial strength (willingness to support the contracts financially)

g.       Any other relevant (Additional Information)

General Information

Contractors or Suppliers seeking for any verification should contact the director of works and maintenance Service at the Central administration of the polytechnic between the hours of 10: a.m. -12 noon daily the validity periods of this advertisement.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Document:

Pre-qualification document should be enclosed in a “SEALED” envelope and clearly marked at the top right – hand corner “PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF LG2700LM6 PROJECTOR AND SHARP (5-IN-1) PRINTER PHOTOCOPIER” All documents should be submitted on or before 1^st April, 2014 with Non REFUNDABLE FEES of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10, 000=00) Latest 12:00 noon of last day.
