Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender for the Procurement of 250KVA Generator (Perkins) Sound Proof for College of Agriculture, Jalingo, Taraba State

A.      Introduction

The Taraba State College of Agriculture, Jalingo wishes to invite interested, reputable competent Companies/Contractors to tender for the procurement of 250KVA Generator (Perkins for the College.

B. Pre-qualification Requirements

The Pre-qualification requirements are as follows:

(i)      Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.

(ii)     Evidence of Registration with the Taraba State College of Agriculture, Jalingo.

(iii)    Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years.

(iv)    Evidence of audited accounts for the last 3 years.

(v)     Evidence of similar procurement executed

C.      Submission of Documents

Interested candidates must submit their pre-qualification documents to the Office of the Registrar, College of Agriculture, Jalingo, on or before 16^th  December, 2013

D.      Bid Documents

Qualified Contractors are to collect their bid documents on payment of non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 as from 16^th -17^th  December, 2013. And the opening of the bid documents will be on the 18^th December, 2013 in the College Board Room at 10:30 a.m.
