Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender for the Procurement Assorted Books, Computers & Office Equipment (Tetfund Funded)
The Polytechnic of Sokoto State intends to procure assorted books, computers & office equipment for its library under Tetfund library intervention.
The items are as follows:-
I. Procurement of Computers, Tables and Accessories.
II. Procurement of Assorted Books
III. Procurement of Office Equipments
In view of the above, the Polytechnic invites interested, capable and competent contractors, who are registered with the Polytechnic or Sokoto State Tenders Board for pre-qualification and tender bids in respect of the project.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
The Pre-qualification bids must contain the following:-
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Current Tax clearance certificate
- Evidence of registration with Polytechnic or Sokoto State Tenders Board
- Evidence of similar and previous project
- List of Technical and Professional staff
- Proof from the Bankers as the financial strength of the contractors in the past three years.
Tender
Interested and qualified contractors are to collect tender documents from the Polytechnic after the payment of non refundable fees of N30,000.00 only
Submission of Tender Document & Pre-Qualification
- Complied pre-qualification and tender documents should be forwarded to the Polytechnic of Sokoto State in two separate envelops
- Closing date for the submission of documents is 21st February, 2014
- The Pre-qualification and tender documents would be opened on the closing date of this advertisement at the Polytechnic room main campus by 12:00 noon.
