Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Year 2013 Tetfund Special Intervention Project
The Registrar, the Polytechnic of Sokoto, Sokoto State wishes to bring to the notice of interested competent and reputable Suppliers that the Polytechnic would carry out Procurement under the 2013 TETFund Special Intervention Project.
LOT 1: Procurement of Animal and Health Production Equipments
LOT 2: Procurement of Mechanical Engineering Equipments
Pre-qualification Requirement:
- Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence from the company’s Bankers as to their Financial Capacity
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
- Value Abided Tax Registration Certificate & Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Verifiable Evidence of previous experience in area of interest
- Company Profile
- Three years Audited Accounts /Evidence of Financial Capabilities
- Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004
- Evidence of compliance with the statutory provision of Section 8 (1) (3) of the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011
Submission of Documents:
The application of Pre-Qualification must be submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked “Pre-Qualification Documents for Lot_______ “and
should be addressed as follows: The Registrar, The Polytechnic of Sokoto, Sokoto State.
Closing Date:
Eligible Suppliers are expected to submit relevant document on or before 20th March 2014 and the pre-qualification documents will be publicly opened for processing at 12.00 noon on 20th March, 2014 at the Polytechnic Conference Room, The Registrar, the Polytechnic of Sokoto, Sokoto State, Only qualified companies will be short listed and invited to Tender

The pre-qualification invitation shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of the Polytechnic of Sokoto, Sokoto State nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim what so ever and or seek any indemnity from the Polytechnic by virtue for such company wag responded to the advert. The Polytechnic is not under any obligation to include your company on its list contractors.
