Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Year 2011/2013 (Merged) Tetfund Normal Intervention in Library Development
Introduction:
Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun is hereby inviting reputable contractors and suppliers to submit pre-qualification documents for the under-listed years 2011/2013 (Merged) Tertiary Education Trust Fund in Library Development.
Lot I: Procurement of assorted textbooks, Reference books and journals.
Lot II: Procurement Library Reading tables and chairs Computer tables and chairs
Lot III: Procurement of HP Desktop Computers, Blue Gate 10 KVAUPS 15 KVA Stabilizers, Electronic Security doors, Electronic Bar Em, Library Deactivator and Activator, Barcode and E-Resources Subscription
Pre- Qualification Requirements:
Prospective contractors shall be required to submit the following pre-qualification documents.
(i) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) List and Resume of Management and key staff (Technical) and photocopies of academic qualification certificates and evidence of registration with the relevant professional bodies
(iii) Evidence of Registration with PENCOM
(iv) Letter of Financial Reference from a reputable Bank and consent to allow for verification with Bankers,
(v) A declaration of a sworn affidavit that none of the Directors has been convicted in any court for any criminal offence including fraud or financial impropriety.
(vi) Evidence of payment of Education Tax.
(vii) Evidence of Tax clearance certificate in the last three (3) years.
(viii) Evidence of VAT registration and past VAT remittance.
(ix) Evidence of financial strength, credit worthiness and solvency (Reference Letter, Statement of Account etc).
(x) Evidence of Audited Accounts of the Company in the last three (3) years, (xi) Evidence of similar projects successfully executed with their location
(copies of letters of award, certificate of completion etc. to be attached), (xii) (xii) Evidence of payment of appropriate non-refundable processing fee:
Lot1: #20,000.00
Lot 2: #20,000.00
Lot 3: #20,000.00 at the Bursary Department
Verification of Claims:
Please note that Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun reserves the right to verify claims made in the Pre-Qualification for 2011/2013 (Merged) TETFUND Normal Intervention in specified lot as indicated above (Indicate the special project) at the top left hand corner of the envelope which should be addressed to the secretary. Tenders Committee, Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun.
It should be submitted on or before 6th April 2015.
The contact person’s name, GSM number and contact address should be indicated at the back of the sealed envelope.
Please Note that:
Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun is not bound to pre-qualify any contractor or contractors. Only the successful pre-qualified contractors would be required to proceed with the submission of the main tender documents.
This invitation for pre-qualification is NOT an invitation to tender for the projects.
