Request for Proposals for the Expansion of BannerGas Network of LPG Retail Plants
Interested parties are invited to forward proposals / expressions of interest to partake in the expansion of the “BannerGas network of LPG Retail Plants”, across all the six geo-political zones of Nigeria. A total of 30 LPG filling plants of various storage capacities are proposed for the expansion.
Applicants whose locations meet the town planning approvals, regulatory requirements for safety, as well as BannerGas commercial viability requirements, shall be appointed BannerGas Dealers with installation of location specific LPG plant designs.
Expressions of interest for the BannerGas Dealership proposed for petrol stations add-on and BannerGas Dealership proposed for open land space locations, must be accompanied with the following requirements, in compliance with DPR guidelines for

| Valid evidence of renewal of current DPR operating licence | Proposed LPG plant engineering design (to be provided by BannerGas) |
| Filling station layout plan indicating exact location for Proposed LPG mini plant add-on, with adherence to minimum distance regulatory requirements | Proposed site layout showing plant location on site |
| Proposed LPG plant engineering design (to be provided by BannerGas) | Environmental Impact Assessment report by DPR certified EIA consultant |
| Fire service report | State or LGA Town planning approval |
| Police | Fire service report and Police report |
| Application fees shall be in accordance with the existing template for LPG guidelines | 3 copies of Memorandum of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, and Tax Clearance Certificate for the preceding 3 years of application or Tax exemption. |
Complete application package in hard copies (and CD-Rom soft copies if possible) should be dispatched on or before 30th June, 2015 via registered post in sealed envelope marked “RFP/EOI – BannerGas Dealership”, to:
