Project Title: Production of Video Documentary across 3 states of Kano, Kaduna, Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory
Program: Educating Nigerian Girls in New Enterprises (ENGINE)
Description of the ENGINE Documentary Production Process
ENGINE intends to capture information about the beneficiaries, their parent, place of residence and environment before implementation commences and compare some with a post intervention Video documentary so that achievement can be presented visually to target communities, stakeholders and donor, are used as an advocacy tool for sustainability and scale up. Documentary will also cover implementation phase where girls are receiving training in safe spaces and participating in savings groups across communities of intervention.

Tender Requirements
Only legally registered organization in Nigeria with extensive experience in the production and editing of video documentary. Experience in production of documentary covering a development project is an added advantage. All bids must contain the following:
- Company profile.
- Copy of CAC certificate for organizations
- Memorandum and Article of Association
- Tax clearance certificate.
- 3 years financial statement
- Breakdown of Financial proposal.
- Sample copy of previous documentary covered.
Note that the financial proposal must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope.
