Expression of Interest (EOI)

Mercy Corps Nigeria requires organizations that will provide the following goods and services

(1)     Facility management and maintenance

• Electrical and air conditioner repairs,
• Generator Repairs & Maintenance
• Plumbing repairs Wood/carpentry and metal works
• Glass works

(2)     Office equipment such as computers, printers, copters etc.

(3)     Office supplies and stationeries

(4)     Printing companies

(5)     Office furniture

(6)     Diesel Supply

(7)     Water Supply

(8)     Car hire services

(9)     Courier services

(10)   Security services/Outfits

Mode of Submission:

All interested organizations should submit one hard copy of their Expression of interest which should contain the following documents:

• A company profile
• Copy of CAC registration certificate.
• Copy of Memorandum and article of association.
• Copy of Tax registration certificates/tax clearance certificate (if applicable)
• Current price list for all goods and services with a detailed description of goods/services offered where appropriate.

Please note that preference will be given to organizations with offices in the F.C.T
