Request for Expression of Interest for Registration for Petty Services and Others
(1) The ECOWAS Commission wishes to update its Database of suppliers and contractors for petty services and others as part of the preparation for the implementation budget and work programs.
(2) The ECOWAS Commission hereby invites qualified suppliers and contractors with experience in the following fields to apply for the registration exercise:
Goods/Works/Services (Petty Services and others in the following areas)
- Telephone Handsets
- Vehicle Tyres
- Minor Carpentry, Plumbing and Masonry
- Haulage (Movement of goods by vehicle)
- Tailoring (Uniforms, etc.)
(3) Suppliers / Contractors should provide information indicating their qualifications for a specific job in addition to:
- Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria
- List of Jobs executed in similar area of interest being expressed within the last three years
- References of the company
- Exact location and full addresses/contact telephone numbers and Email Address
- Each company must clearly state area of Interest/Specialization
(4) Copies of your documentation should be delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located in the Office of

(5) Your Documentation should clearly marked:
Application for Registration for Petty Services and Others to the Ecowas Commission.
Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the Procurement Committee.
Submitted on or before Thursday March 26th 2015 at 11.00 a.m at the latest.
(6) Contractors and suppliers already doing business with ECOWAS are required to apply.
(7) Misrepresentation in relation to the information submitted shall lead to the cancellation of any registration.
(8) Only successful applicants will be contacted by the ECOWAS Commission.
(9)Applications with incomplete documentation will not be considered.
(10) Interested eligible vendors may obtain further information from ECOWAS Commission, at the address below:
