Invitation for Expression of Interest for the Provision of Security Services for the UN System in Nigeria
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of the UN System in Nigeria, invites registered private security companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of security service in the UN Premises.
All registered companies that wish to participate in the process are required to download the pre-qualification application form from the UNDP Website: http://procurement-notices.undp.org/index.cfm.
The information provided will be used to access the company’s suitability to qualify for the next stage for services mentioned.
Companies that meet the eligibility criteria should return the duly completed application to the UNDP address stated on the Application form. The EOI and accompanying documents must be received in a sealed envelope no later 22nd August 2014 at 12:30 pm clearly labeled “Expression of Interest- Provision of Security Services”. Documents sent by e-mail or facsimile will not be accepted. EOI received after the above deadline will not be considered.
EOI from suppliers failing to provide the requested information will be disregarded. The potential subsequent procurement will be governed by the rules and regulations of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).Nothing in this EOI shall be deemed to imply a contractual relationship with UNDP. Please note that UNDP Nigeria reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds. Any attempt to influence UNDP internal selection process in favor of a particular vendor will result in immediate disqualification.
