Introduction
The Pipelines and Products Marketing Company Ltd (PPMC), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Owner of the Marine Vessels and Assets: MT OLOIBIRI, MT TUMA and ATLAS COVE CALM BUOY SO-12770, seek interested bidders for the purchase of MT OLOBIRI,MT TUMA and ATLAS COVE OLD CALM BUOY on an “as is where is” basis.
Reason for the Sale
As part of its Transformation initiatives and revision of operating philosophy, NNPC has adopted a new business strategy with respect to ownership, operation and maintenance of its range of Assets. Based on the new strategy, NNPC hereby invites reputable individuals and companies to submit commercial offers for the purchase of the above named Marine Assets.
