Bid Solicitation for Printing Of Relevant IEC Materials and DOTS Directory
The National TB and Leprosy Control Programme (NTBLCP) has received grants from Global Fund, part of which is for the Printing of relevant IEC Materials and DOTS Site Directory.
The NTBLCP therefore, request for quotation (RFQ) from registered and qualified companies to print the following documents:
- 6,000 DOTS Site Directory in form of a Z-Card of A4 Paper Size
- 5,000 Colour FLIERS of A4 Paper Size
- 5,000 Colour POSTERS of Executive Paper Size
Pre-qualification:
The RFQ documents should contain the following information: (The documents below must be made available in a separate sealed Technical bid envelope (the scoring for each is stated and will be used as such in the selection); Please Note that the Financial bid will not be opened if the score for the Pre-qualification is below 70% score):
- Full details of the company’s profile -15%.
- Evidence of company incorporation with CAC -15%.
- Evidence of execution of similar job(s) in the past – 25%.
- Evidence of Payment of taxes/Tax Identification Number -10%.
- Evidence of execution of similar job in the past – 35%.
Financial Bid/Price Quotes:
The least complaint price shall be selected after the financial bid analysis. You are expected to present your best quote for the above mentioned brand because the least complaint price will be chosen. Please note drat there will be office / Warehouse address verification to ascertain the authenticity of the Company profile/ technical bid submitted by the organization that scores more than 70% in the technical bid.
Method of Submission:
Original copies of the 2 bids should be submitted sealed separately in an envelope and marked on the top right comer with ‘Printing of relevant IEC Materials & DOTS Site Directory – Technical Bid1 and ‘Printing of relevant IEC Materials & DOTS Site Directory – Financial bid’ addressed to:

The successful bidder(s) shall be notified in writing and will be invited to sign an agreement with the NTBLCP.
Submissions must reach the above mentioned address on or before 16th September 2014.
