This invitation for bid follows the completion of renovation and restructuring of 81 division Officers’ Mess at No6 Outer Marina Road, Lagos. Interested organisations are therefore invited to provide the under-listed services.

Criteria:
The criteria are as listed below:
(i.) Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission including Certificate of Incorporation from CAC 2 and CAC 7, Article and Memo of Incorporation.
(ii.) Company profile, including name, verifiable address, active telephone number, active email address and organization’s administrative structure.
(iii.) Tax Identification Number with evidence of tax remittance for the immediate past 3 years,
(iv.) Evidence of VAT Registration including evidence of VAT remittance.
(v.) Evidence of Bank account in the company’s name.
(vi.) Verifiable list of similar services executed in the past including letters of awards and certificate of completion.
Guide:
(i.) 81 Division Officer’s Mess reserves the right to reject any application/submission.
(ii.) 81 Division Officer’s Mess will not enter into any correspondence with any applicant.
(iii.) Response to this invitation exercise should not be construed as a commitment on the part of 81 Division Officer’s Mess, nor shall it entitle any company or individual to make any claims whatsoever and seek any indemnity from headquarters 81 Division.
(iv.) Completed documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and the area of interest indicated at the bottom of the envelope.
(v.) All documents are to be submitted not later than 17th March 2015.
